ABOUT THE JOB
Professional House Cleaning Technician
Up to $900/week + Benefits | Monday–Friday Daytime
Top Mops Cleaning Service is hiring dependable professionals who take pride in doing excellent work.
This is professional residential cleaning, not janitorial work. Our technicians are trusted in clients’ homes and expected to maintain high standards of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Stable work history required.
If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and helping clients feel cared for in their homes, this could be an excellent long-term fit.
Pay & Schedule
• Performance-based pay system (not hourly)
• Many trained technicians earn up to $900 per week
• Weekly pay
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Typical working hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends
• Most technicians work 30–35 hours per week
This is a W-2 employee position, not independent contractor work.

What the Job Is Like
Our technicians work independently in clients’ homes using structured cleaning systems and checklists.
The work is active and requires focus, efficiency, and attention to detail.
This role involves:
• Being on your feet most of the day
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
• Working efficiently while following proven cleaning systems
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Occasionally interacting with clients in their homes
Because of this, good communication skills and a customer-service mindset are important.

Requirements
Applicants must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have a stable job history
• Have a reliable, insured vehicle
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Be comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
• Be comfortable working around pets
• Have good communication and customer service skills
This Job Is NOT a Good Fit If
• You struggle with reliability or attendance
• You prefer hourly pay regardless of productivity
• You are uncomfortable working independently in clients’ homes
• You cannot pass a background check
• You do not enjoy active, physical work
